Dylan is a native San Diegan attorney dedicated to representing the rights and interests of the community. From early on in his career, Dylan has demonstrated a commitment to plaintiff-side labor and employment law, choosing to represent and guide workers through discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour lawsuits, including successfully litigating against employers who failed to adequately pay employees, and forced workers to skip meal and rest breaks and work off-the-clock. Dylan understands that what we each do for a living helps define who we are. To that end, Dylan prides himself in getting workers what they are owed by their employers and providing employees with both diligent counsel and advocacy.
In law school, Dylan chose to write his law school dissertation on the rights and remedies available to undocumented workers in California. Dylan also served as Community Liaison for La Raza Law Students’ Association, was awarded the Innocence Project Scholarship, and earned the Distinguished Advocate award for competitive negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Dylan is bilingual in English and Spanish as well as conversational in Portuguese. From conducting initial client intakes, to preparing you for your deposition or mediation, Dylan is more than comfortable counseling Spanish-speaking clients through the life of their lawsuit.
Dylan received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University in 2015 and was awarded various scholarships including the Vice President’s Scholar Award for proven peer leadership and conflict resolution. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law where he graduated early in the top half of his class.
